The original EYES OPEN Festival was created in 2008 by Artists and Husbands, Doug Cooper Spencer and Greg Cooper Spencer as a way to celebrate Black Queer Artists. The festival ran for two years 2008 and 2009. With their blessings, we are honored to be stewards of its return.
